Best Boerewors

Uitkyk’s boerewors have won numerous awards on provincial as well as national level. As with our biltong, people drive many kilometres to buy our famous boerewors.

Biltong bouquets and gift hampers

We make bouquets and hampers of all sizes and for all occasions. Our hampers and bouquets are very popular and ranges from dried meat to dried fruits, chocolates, liquers, biscuits etc.

Kebabs (Sosaties)

No less than seven different types of kebabs is been offered by uitkyk. Uitkyk’s kebabs is especially popular and used at sporting events, school functions, church bazaars and fund raising events. Our beef sosaties is only made of top quality rump steaks and fillets.

Smoked cuts

All off our smoked meats are made inhouse and a large variety is available to customers. The most popular of this variety includes: Smoked pork rolls, gammons, ribs, eisbines as well as smoked cheese sausages.

Cold meats and salads

Cold meats made by uitkyk varies between polony, salami, red sausages (rooi worsies), pressed tongue, Russians and beacon.
Orders for functions can be placed for our famous salads as well as take-away salads can be bought every day.

Preparation of private meat

All meat is handled as if it were our own. Only the best spices and casings for sausages is used. We strive to meet our clients needs and our personnel’s knowledge will amaze any newcomer client.


Although our take-away has a large variety, our main attraction and speciality has been proven to be our “Vetkoeke”. Clients can ask for any filling to go together with their “vetkoek”
